Hardware
First you need to source a Playstation 3 Memory Card Adapter. Unfortunately, the price for these has risen in the last few years (sold new for $14.99) but you should be able to source one on Ebay or Amazon.
Software
Once you have the hardware you need a little bit of software. Orion_ (a prolific contributor in the PocketStation community) developed a simple but effective program called PS3mcman.
